The team in Cork consists of approximately 15 people, fostering a close-knit environment with a supportive and engaging work culture. Despite the intimate size, the firm benefits from a broad domestic and international client base, providing the quality and advantages characteristic of a larger legal practice.

Work Arrangements

The firm encourages flexible working options, offering significant possibilities for hybrid or remote work. While onsite presence in Cork is preferred, applications from candidates located elsewhere in Ireland are welcome, provided they are able to attend the office about one day per week, subject to negotiation.

Available Positions

• Real Estate Law: Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE), with openings up to partner level.
• Privacy Law: At least 3 years PQE; suitable for professionals transitioning from in-house roles.
• Commercial Litigation: Between 1 to 3 years PQE.
• Banking Law: Senior level role; while a significant client portfolio is not mandatory, strong local connections are important.
• Employment Law: Senior appointment ideally at partner level.

Candidate Profile and Progression

The firm seeks solicitors qualified in Ireland or the UK with expertise in the mentioned disciplines. Candidates demonstrating a substantial client base may be considered for equity partnership. There are promising opportunities for career progression to partnership for strong performers.
