Sales Manager - Business Development

About the Role

Boomplay is actively seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to join our Business Development team and spearhead advertising partnerships with prominent brands across Ghana. This fully remote role requires an experienced sales specialist with deep knowledge of digital advertising and a robust network within the Ghanaian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with principal clients in Ghana.
• Craft strategic advertising solutions tailored to align with clients' brand goals.
• Proactively grow and sustain a portfolio of key clients, achieving a monthly advertising spend exceeding $10,000 on Boomplay’s platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively deliver and optimize advertising campaigns.
• Conduct market analysis and leverage industry insights to uncover new business prospects.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of three years’ experience at an advertising agency.
• Well-established relationships with major clients in the Ghanaian marketplace.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and managing client relationships.
• Hands-on experience in brand marketing and digital advertising solutions.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
