Learning & Development Business Partner

About the Role

The Learning and Development (L&D) Business Partner will lead the end-to-end design, development, implementation, management, and assessment of skill-building programs. This role plays a vital part in fostering professional growth, enhancing capabilities, and supporting development initiatives organization-wide. Collaboration with business leaders and subject matter experts across the company is essential to create impactful learning experiences that enhance team member proficiency and improve client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and scope comprehensive "training to evaluation" solutions by carrying out needs analysis and determining expected learning outcomes.
• Support leadership, coaches, and HR Business Partners in performance management and feedback by supplying frameworks, tools, and processes to assess employee progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject experts to gather raw content and develop effective training materials and enablement experiences.
• Create and manage all learning deliverables, enablement resources, and skill evaluation tools.
• Oversee the launch, execution, and ongoing administration of assigned programs and initiatives.
• Design surveys, quizzes, and diagnostic instruments to measure training effectiveness.
• Manage project timelines, scopes, and communications with stakeholders for learning solutions.
• Identify and coordinate with external vendors as necessary to support learning offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years' experience in instructional design roles.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing and delivering training programs.
• Proficiency in using various AI technologies to develop, administer, and assess learning programs.
• Hands-on experience with learning technology tools such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and other multimedia software.
• Strong project management and consulting capabilities.
• Experience with performance management systems and competency modeling is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to build long-term visions and divide them into clear, achievable milestones.
• Methodical and process-driven approach devoted to continuous progress and result-oriented training delivery.
