About the Role
The Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team supports Stripe's leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks while playing a key role in company-wide strategic initiatives. We are searching for a detail-focused, communicative, and driven professional to assist the Office of the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO by collaborating with their ABP, Family Home Office (FHO), and security team to manage a complex calendar smoothly
- Conduct thorough research and coordinate logistics for special high-profile offsite events
- Travel between Stripe offices to facilitate executive visits and onsite needs
- Manage and reconcile monthly expense reports
- Coordinate numerous external speaking engagements, handling all facets such as travel arrangements, security clearance, and briefing documentation
- Oversee detailed travel planning for domestic and international trips, presenting various creative options beforehand
- Identify and implement improvements for administrative processes and systems, leveraging AI technology to enhance efficiency
- Lead and manage complex annual projects involving executive participation, alongside various ad hoc assignments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across key executive stakeholders
- Provide on-site logistical and general administrative support
Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications
- Over 5 years of administrative experience in fast-growing or large organizations
- Exceptional organizational and process management skills with keen attention to detail
- Expertise in managing complex schedules and swiftly prioritizing shifting tasks
- A strong sense of ownership and reliability, ensuring no detail is overlooked
- Proven ability to design systems and workflows that manage high workloads while keeping an eye on long-term objectives
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams in fast-paced, dynamic settings with flexibility and efficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively and remain composed under pressure or ambiguity
- Skills in optimizing administrative processes to increase productivity
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive information with tact and discretion
- Proactive anticipation and responsiveness to the needs of others
- Experienced with integrating AI tools into daily workflows to enhance performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working with Family Home Office (FHO) or personal assistants
- Familiarity with executive security coordination
- Experience within a high-growth tech startup environment
Work Setting
This position offers a hybrid arrangement, suitable for candidates working from an office located in or near South San Francisco for at least three days weekly. Remote candidates living over 35 miles (56 km) from Stripe offices are also eligible but should expect an arrangement focused primarily on home-based work, with office visits for team meetings and events as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this role ranges between $119,300 and $178,900, inclusive of varying seniority levels. Additional compensation may include equity stakes, performance bonuses, 401(k) plans, medical/dental/vision coverage, and wellness stipends.
