Role Overview

This position is responsible for leading and achieving sales objectives for the Project Channel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) region. The leader will drive the overall project business results by managing specific sub-channels such as residential, hotels, and healthcare, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for delivering project sales results across the KSA region, aligning with corporate goals and assigned KPIs.
  • Determine key market channels and targets, segmented into residential developers, contractors, designers; hotel operators and developers; and healthcare institution owners.
  • Coordinate with various departments to provide tools and support that enhance service quality and project sales performance for direct and indirect clients.
  • Communicate product updates to project customers by liaising with supply chain management and product teams.
  • Regularly engage with contractors, developers, dealers, and consultants to strengthen brand presence and build a network of influential decision-makers.
  • Support distribution and channel partners involved in project sales.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Analyze success metrics, implement process improvements, and maintain comprehensive databases of key project contacts, providing insightful management reports.
  • Collect competitor intelligence and inform management accordingly.
  • Manage budgeting efficiently and identify marketing or specification events to increase brand visibility and business opportunities in the sector.
  • Ensure full use of Salesforce for maintaining detailed leads, opportunities, and client information databases.
  • Collaborate effectively with other business channels and the Leader Projects KSA team to meet common objectives and KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field; MBA is advantageous.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic, additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with profound market knowledge, particularly in building materials or related industries.
  • Strong track record of success in dynamic, competitive, and deadline-driven environments while upholding company quality standards.
  • Experienced in managing relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
