Job description

Role Overview

This position is responsible for leading and delivering the sales results for the Project Channel in Saudi Arabia under the IMEA region. The leader ensures alignment with corporate objectives and key performance indicators by managing and expanding key sub-channels including residential developments, hotels, and healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the overall project channel sales performance in Saudi Arabia.
  • Implement and execute sales mission goals aligned with corporate strategies and KPIs.
  • Identify and prioritize key sector targets: Developers, Contractors, Designers for residential; Hotel operators and developers for hospitality; Owners and healthcare institutions for health care projects.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and provide tools enhancing customer service and sales support.
  • Update and inform project customers on product developments from supply chain and product teams.
  • Engage regularly with contractors, developers, dealers, and consultants to strengthen Grohe’s network of decision makers and influencers.
  • Support distribution networks and establish strong partnerships with channel partners in project segments.
  • Accurately forecast sales figures on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Analyze key success metrics and implement process improvements for optimized sales results.
  • Maintain comprehensive databases and records of all key project contacts and produce reports for senior leadership.
  • Collect and report competitive market intelligence to management.
  • Ensure adherence to budget in an efficient manner.
  • Identify marketing and specification events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities within the sector.
  • Use Salesforce rigorously to manage detailed databases of leads, opportunities, and client prospects with full information.
  • Coordinate with other business channels and the Leader Projects KSA to meet shared goals and KPIs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role with deep market knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA qualification is considered a plus.
  • Total professional experience of 5 to 7 years, specifically within the same roles or the building materials industry.
  • Proven success in dynamic, fast-paced, competitive environments maintaining company reputation for high quality.
  • Experienced in managing relationships with external stakeholders.

Additional Information

This full-time position is based remotely in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The employee assignment requires physical presence at the location as it is not work-from-home remote. The role demands strong coordination and communication within a multinational environment.
