Working Schedule
This position features a three-day workweek, with daily working hours from 07:00 to 19:30.

- Base salary of €64,400 plus workshop bonuses, equating to an on-target earnings (OTE) of €70,000 annually

Requirements
- Must be a fully qualified mechanic
- Essential prior experience with a main dealer
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive work attitude
- Capable of leading a mechanic team of two and providing colleague support
- Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to job schedules
- Strong practical skills in mechanical repairs, including dismantling, fitting, and assembly
- Experienced with diagnostic tools, workshop machinery, and technical manuals
- Knowledge of lean processes and process-driven settings is a plus
- Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering excellent customer service
- Proficiency with chassis and frame replacement techniques
- Possession of a valid full driving license
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all technical, quality, health & safety, and environmental protocols aligned with 5’S and ISO standards
- Lead a two-member mechanic team focusing on chassis and frame replacements on light commercial vehicles
- Complete tasks within the assigned standard hours for each job
- Maintain and uphold company quality standards in all work
