Role Summary
This position involves performing superior quality repairs on vehicle bodies including panel replacements, alignments, cosmetic fixes, and heavy repairs following manufacturer and company guidelines. Working within a professional bodyshop team, expertise in dismantling and reassembling parts, panel repair, chassis alignment, and welding is required to deliver safe, effective, and excellent workmanship.
The role offers a competitive salary between 51,000 and 68,000 annually depending upon experience and qualifications, based on a 4-day workweek with rotating shifts from Tuesday to Friday and Wednesday to Saturday.
Candidates must possess precise and strong technical skills encompassing light filler and plastic repairs to complex structural corrections. The role requires familiarity with specialized tools, such as dent pulling and welding machines, plus preparing panels for painting and finishing procedures.
Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and dedication are vital. Basic computer skills will be taught as needed. The position demands flexibility with shifts and a valid, clean Class B driver's license.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficient in all methods of panel replacement including bonded and welded techniques for all steel and alloy types
- Experienced with chassis alignment including pulling, jigging, and measuring systems
- Familiarity with electric vehicles and electrical safety procedures, including powering down high voltage batteries
- Strong knowledge of suspension repairs using spring compressors, bearing presses, and steering rack adjustments including coding of angle sensors
- Basic understanding of ADAS systems and four-wheel alignment with provided training
- Aptitude for diagnostics, fault finding, and performing pre- and post-repair scanning
- Foundational mechanical knowledge, able to identify engine damages prior to insurance repairs, as well as perform radiator replacements, air conditioning recharges, and possible engine removals
- Skilled in filler application, priming, and preparation for painting
