KOSUKE Ramen Melrose Park is preparing to open its new branch at Melrose Park Town Centre and is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. The establishment is looking for both kitchen and hall staff to work in various employment styles including part-time, full-time, and casual positions.

Responsibilities and Work Environment

Staff will contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience for customers. Given the small team size, employees will enjoy close-knit teamwork and a friendly atmosphere. The workplace is conveniently accessible to residents of Melrose Park and surrounding suburbs such as West Ryde, Meadowbank, Ryde, Ermington, Rydalmere, Carlingford, Eastwood, North Ryde, Parramatta, Wentworth Point, and Sydney Olympic Park with options for commuting by car or bus.

Compensation and Work Schedule

Hourly wages start at $26 for part-time and full-time roles, and $32.18 for casual positions, with weekend and public holiday rates following Fair Work standards. Preference is given to candidates able to work at least three days a week, including shifts for lunch and dinner. Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is particularly welcomed.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic to intermediate English communication skills sufficient for customer service.
• Eligibility to work under visas such as Working Holiday, Student, Business, Permanent Resident, or Citizenship.
• Commitment to team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
