About The Location

Positioned to become a premier luxury coastal destination, The Red Sea development spans 200 kilometers along Saudi Arabia's western shoreline, featuring natural islands and lagoons between Umluj and Al Wajh. The Four Seasons Resort will be situated on Shura Island, a vibrant center incorporating a yacht marina, leisure amenities, retail outlets, and an 18-hole golf course.

This eco-conscious resort is designed with sustainable tourism principles, employing advanced marine spatial planning to minimize environmental impact and avoid overtourism. Renewable energy sources power the site, which limits development to preserve extensive conservation zones. Role Overview

The Kids for All Seasons Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing the children's program by overseeing daily operations and fostering engaging, safe, and enriching activities. This leadership position involves guiding the team to create a warm and professional atmosphere that delights young guests and assures parents.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the children's facility to maintain smooth functioning during shifts.
• Organize and lead age-appropriate activities including arts and crafts, storytelling, nature exploration, sports, and themed events.
• Warmly greet children and their families, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
• Monitor children during activities to uphold safety and inclusivity.
• Mentor and support team members, promoting a cooperative and positive workplace culture.
• Assist with onboarding new staff, focusing on safety, service standards, and engaging childcare methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of facilities and supplies.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards continuously.
• Promptly address and report any incidents, concerns, or equipment problems.
• Deliver exceptional guest service to children and parents alike.
• Communicate feedback and program ideas for ongoing enhancement.
• Keep accurate daily records of participation and activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years experience working with children in hospitality, childcare, or education.
• Supervisory experience or team leadership preferred.
• Energetic, creative, and committed to engaging children across varying age groups.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English required; Arabic and other languages advantageous.
• First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory or willingness to obtain.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
