Role Overview

As the Kids For All Seasons Supervisor, you will lead the team to provide a secure, entertaining, and educational environment for children through diverse creative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, schedule, and train the Kids For All Seasons staff.
• Develop and oversee daily programs including games and activities for children.
• Ensure the safety and overall well-being of all participating children at all times.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with parents and guardians.
• Oversee maintenance of activity spaces, equipment, and necessary supplies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Background in childcare, recreation, or the hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to engage children effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification is advantageous.
