Role Overview
As the Kids For All Seasons Supervisor, you will lead the team to provide a secure, entertaining, and educational environment for children through diverse creative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, schedule, and train the Kids For All Seasons staff.
- Develop and oversee daily programs including games and activities for children.
- Ensure the safety and overall well-being of all participating children at all times.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with parents and guardians.
- Oversee maintenance of activity spaces, equipment, and necessary supplies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Background in childcare, recreation, or the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to engage children effectively.
- CPR and First Aid certification is advantageous.
