Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the Kids Club, including upkeep of the facility, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and maintaining a tidy, secure environment.
- Guide and oversee Kids Club Attendants, deliver regular training, and ensure child protection procedures and high-end service expectations are consistently followed.
- Create and roll out age-appropriate activities such as shell painting, scavenger hunts, children’s yoga, and nature-inspired programs that reflect the Red Sea setting.
- Welcome families personally, respond to questions and concerns with discretion, and handle special requests to deliver a smooth guest experience.
- Apply strict check-in and check-out controls and keep accurate records of attendance, incident logs, and emergency contacts.
- Handle administrative support tasks such as tracking toys and supplies, coordinating with Housekeeping and Engineering, and assisting with scheduling and performance reviews.
Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in childcare or hospitality, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Prior pre-opening experience is required and considered especially important for this role.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
- Strong grooming and personal presentation suitable for a luxury environment.
- A service style that is proactive and anticipatory, with clear ownership and accountability.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
- Comfort working with project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-opening stages.
- Awareness of ultra-luxury guest expectations and alignment with premium brand standards.
