Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations across all areas during shifts, supporting overall venue activities.
• Inspire and lead the team to foster a positive and successful workplace culture.
• Assist in managing inventory, preparing reports, maintaining compliance, and overseeing essential operational functions.
• Act as the primary leader in the absence of the Venue Manager, maintaining high operational standards and adherence to procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years' experience in hospitality, with preference given to those from pubs, bars, or busy restaurant environments.
• Must possess current certifications in RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling), and TAB Basics.
• Strong dedication towards delivering outstanding guest experiences and cultivating a lively and inviting venue atmosphere.
