General Manager - Luxury Lifestyle Dining & Entertainment Venue

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic General Manager to spearhead the overall success and operational performance of Le Piaf Dubai, a premier lifestyle dining and entertainment establishment in Dubai. Le Piaf is renowned for offering a distinguished French dining experience that effortlessly transitions into a spirited and dynamic nightlife atmosphere.

Main Responsibilities

• Direct all day-to-day functions of Le Piaf ensuring top-tier service quality and guest satisfaction at every interaction.
• Operate a vibrant venue that transitions seamlessly from elegant dining to a lively entertainment scene, maintaining operational excellence throughout.
• Lead commercial strategies to boost revenue, profitability, and comprehensive business outcomes.
• Manage budgets, labor expenses, forecasts, profit and loss, inventory, and operational efficiencies to meet financial goals.
• Supervise and mentor extensive front and back of house teams fostering a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and excellence in service.
• Maintain active presence on the floor, build rapport with guests, VIPs, and stakeholders, ensuring outstanding hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events to implement activations, entertainment schedules, special occasions, and promotional efforts that elevate guest experiences and revenue.
• Track operational results, guest feedback, and performance metrics, applying necessary enhancements.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, health and safety rules, licensing, and legal standards.
• Promote synergistic cooperation with supporting departments to guarantee smooth business operations.
• Perform additional duties needed to support venue success.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a luxury, high-volume hospitality environment.
• Experience running lifestyle dining or entertainment-led venues such as premium restaurants, supper clubs, or nightlife settings strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership in venues combining exceptional dining with live entertainment, DJs, or performances.
• Deep knowledge of luxury hospitality, guest engagement, and VIP service protocols.
• Track record of driving financial results, ensuring revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Strong competency in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight, and cost controls.
• Skilled at leading, coaching, and developing large multicultural teams in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making prowess, with ability to stay composed under pressure.
