  • Develop durable, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Partner with leadership to align sales and marketing priorities with the company’s overall growth strategy.
  • Ensure customers receive high-quality solutions and service.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support corporate goals.

People Leadership

  • Model company values in day-to-day work, employee engagement, and internal initiatives.
  • Align department goals with broader organizational objectives.
  • Coach and mentor team members to help them perform at their best.
  • Carry out performance reviews and identify both top contributors and employees who need support.
  • Build trust through active listening and fair, direct feedback.
  • Work with HR/Talent on hiring plans and support the full employee lifecycle.
  • Remove obstacles that limit team effectiveness while advocating for the resources and tools the team needs.
  • Oversee programs that help new hires and existing employees ramp up and improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in B2B sales; mining industry experience is highly preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a sales leadership position.
  • Experience selling and marketing technical products internationally.
  • Demonstrated history of success in similar roles.
  • Strong ability to lead teams and build collaboration.
  • Strategic and innovative mindset.
  • Good financial judgment and business understanding.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% across North America; a valid passport and vaccination are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English is mandatory; Spanish is an advantage.
  • Self-driven and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong awareness of health and safety practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The final salary will depend on experience, knowledge, skills, location-based market data, and internal pay equity. The offered amount may fall outside the posted range. The total rewards package includes a competitive salary and bonus, matching RRSP or 401K for Canadian and US employees, comprehensive benefits with an employee assistance program, learning and career development resources, a transit subsidy for Vancouver-based roles, hybrid work options for roles that do not need to be onsite, at least 3 weeks of vacation depending on the position, and global/local social events and celebrations.
