About the Role
Keeta, a standalone brand under Meituan, is expanding its food delivery presence across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. In Qatar, the company is growing its Grocery and Non-Food business and is hiring a Key Account Manager (Grocery) to support commercial expansion, strengthen retail partnerships, and contribute to the evolution of quick commerce in the market.
This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys retail, e-commerce, and building long-term commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of acquiring, onboarding, and growing important grocery and retail partners.
- Develop productive relationships with major accounts and create joint business plans that support steady growth.
- Plan and roll out co-marketing activities, merchandising efforts, and promotional campaigns that improve sales and brand presence on the platform.
- Spot opportunities to increase revenue, expand assortment, and encourage more frequent purchases.
- Guide partners on catalogue improvements, pricing approach, and logistics solutions to strengthen operational results.
- Track account performance and turn data into practical recommendations for improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in q-commerce, e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or account management.
- Background in managing partnerships with retailers or brands at a strategic level.
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue growth, bring new partners onboard, and meet commercial goals.
- Strong skills in negotiation, stakeholder coordination, and relationship management.
- Comfort working with data and converting insights into business opportunities.
- English fluency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Prior experience launching or scaling grocery or non-food categories on delivery or e-commerce platforms is strongly preferred.
