Job description
Role overview
This position serves as the product-side business partner for the country team, working closely with product and business stakeholders to shape requirements, guide launches, assess outcomes, and turn feedback into continuous improvements. The role is focused on helping business teams in multiple countries achieve stronger results through practical product solutions.
Key responsibilities
The role covers the full lifecycle of product requirement handling, from initial definition through launch support, post-launch review, and iteration planning. It also involves supporting business teams across different countries with product solutions tailored to local needs.
The person in this position is expected to spot business risks and growth opportunities early by using market research, user research, metric design, and feedback loops. Insights should be translated into clear actions that strengthen the connection between product and business outcomes.
Another major part of the job is to coordinate communication and collaboration across countries and time zones. This includes building trusted working relationships and creating reliable ways of working with distributed teams.
The role also encourages the use of AI-based tools to improve efficiency in analysis and insight generation, including tasks such as data analysis, summarizing interviews, and aggregating market information into structured product inputs.
Requirements
Candidates should bring experience in project management, product management, product operations, or business operations, ideally from an internet company or a large multinational organization. A strong understanding of the relevant professional area is expected.
Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in cross-functional and cross-cultural settings, along with strong English proficiency.
The role requires a willingness to be based in the Middle East for the long term and to travel internationally as needed, including frequent cross-border business trips within the region.
Work location and arrangement
This is a full-time onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Additional information
Applicants must be prepared for a long-term work setup in the Middle East and should be comfortable with recurring international travel related to business needs.
