Junior Web Designer

About the role

INFUSE is looking for a Junior Web Designer who can craft clear, attractive, and effective visuals for websites and applications. In this role, you will help shape user interfaces and create visual assets that support client campaigns and internal business needs.

The team serves major international brands such as Microsoft, Google, Lenovo, HP, Oracle, IBM, Cisco, Intel, Samsung, Panasonic, VMware, and Red Hat. INFUSE has a global workforce of more than 1,100 employees across the USA, Ukraine, Great Britain, and additional locations. What you will do

• Build straightforward landing pages using ready-made layouts or from scratch when needed.
• Create visual designs for email campaigns.
• Prepare email layouts.
• Design banner creatives.
• Develop complete landing pages inspired by the client’s existing website.
• Prototype and design interfaces for internal company projects.

What the role requires

• A solid grasp of design fundamentals, including typography and color theory.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
• Ability to work with HTML and CSS; familiarity with other web development languages is a plus.
• Comfort working in teams and coordinating with other departments.
• Prior experience in UX/UI design.

Hiring process

• Your application will first be reviewed manually against the role requirements.
• If shortlisted, you may be asked to complete a video interview for the hiring manager’s review, often followed by a test or short project.
• You may then meet the HR team and/or hiring manager in a live interview, either in person or over Zoom.
