About the role
INFUSE is looking for a Junior Web Designer to craft clear, attractive digital experiences for websites and applications. The role focuses on building visual assets, shaping user interfaces, and producing design materials that support client campaigns and internal initiatives.

What you will do
- Build straightforward landing pages using ready-made templates or from scratch.
- Create email visuals and complete email layouts.
- Design promotional banners.
- Develop full landing pages inspired by a client’s existing website.
- Design and prototype interfaces for internal company use.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, creative thinking, and the ability to produce polished visuals that are both user-friendly and aligned with business goals. You should be comfortable working collaboratively and communicating with colleagues across teams.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography and color theory.
- Practical experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
- Comfort working with HTML and CSS; familiarity with other web-development languages is a plus.
- Experience in UX/UI design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and contribute in a team setting.

Hiring process
