Role overview
INFUSE is looking for a Junior Web Designer to craft visually engaging digital experiences for client-facing websites and applications. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear, appealing interfaces and visual assets that support campaign objectives and user experience.

What you will do
- Build straightforward landing pages using pre-made templates or from scratch when needed
- Create email designs and handle email layout composition
- Develop banner creatives for campaigns and promotions
- Design more complete landing pages based on a client’s existing website
- Prototype and design internal interfaces for company use
What the role calls for
- A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Hands-on experience with common design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with additional web-development language familiarity considered a plus
- Comfort working collaboratively and communicating effectively with other teams
- Background in UX/UI design

Hiring process
