Job description
About the role
Warner Music Group is seeking a Junior Revenue & Growth Strategist to support both digital performance work and day-to-day team administration. The role combines analysis, research, project coordination, and executive support within a fast-moving music business.
You will contribute to digital platform strategy, review performance data to uncover growth opportunities, and help keep the team organised through calendar, meeting, travel, and general administrative support.
What you will do
- Track campaign performance, review metric trends, and compile weekly reporting that highlights opportunities to improve results.
- Carry out ad hoc research for the SVP and Senior Manager, including market scans, competitor comparisons, and briefing notes on digital developments.
- Support label and data teams by acting as a point of contact for marketing managers and sharing the tools and insights needed for campaigns.
- Spot possible areas for incremental growth and help launch and coordinate projects from early planning through to final outcomes.
- Manage the SVP’s schedule, arrange meetings, organise travel, and take care of general team administration.
- Help prepare pitch materials for platform partners and coordinate follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate is an organised and proactive junior professional with some exposure to data analysis, reporting, and administrative coordination. Experience may come from internships or university projects, and you should be comfortable turning data into clear, practical insights.
You should also bring strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace, along with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, juggle multiple priorities, and work well under pressure.
A genuine interest in music, digital culture, and working in a high-energy team environment is important for success in this role.
