Role Overview
This position focuses on managing pricing activities across more than 20 markets, using internal performance data, competitive positioning, and strategic business priorities to guide decisions. The role also involves working closely with the Pricing Engine Team and other departments to improve pricing effectiveness and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day pricing operations using internal KPIs, competitor insights, and the company’s strategic objectives across more than 20 markets.
- Review assortment performance and turn the findings into practical actions for improvement.
- Partner with the Pricing Engine Team to help advance a machine-learning model for pricing optimization and coordinate with other teams as needed.
- Spot and shape new initiatives that can strengthen pricing strategy.
- Build and refine reports and dashboards to track important performance indicators.
- Improve and roll out automated pricing workflows.
- Design and execute A/B tests to measure how different discount approaches affect results.
Requirements
- A completed degree in economics, business administration, or another quantitative discipline.
- Between 1 and 4 years of experience in pricing, controlling, or analytics, ideally within fashion or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical thinking and a solid grasp of numbers.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Very good English communication skills.
- German language skills are an advantage.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
