Role Summary
The Junior PMO / Project Coordinator role demands a minimum of five years of relevant experience, focusing on PMO operations and project governance. The candidate will engage in project scheduling, monitoring progress, and compiling status reports. Responsibility includes maintaining RAID logs—tracking risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies—and managing stakeholder communications alongside executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Maintain and control RAID logs effectively.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and prepare executive reports.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and financial aspects related to projects.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Clarity, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
- Background or preferred experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Advanced understanding of PMO and project governance principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of PMP or PMI certification.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs.
- Knowledge of regulatory or compliance-related projects within banking.
