Overview
This is a newly established role within a growing investment function, focused on real estate and property. The position offers the chance to apply market research and financial modelling skills to support acquisition decisions and wider investment activity.
Key Details
- Salary range: £35,000 to £45,000.
- Location: London, United Kingdom.
- Working model: Hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
- Contract length: 1 year fixed-term contract.
Role Summary
The successful candidate will be a proactive and analytical professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in investment analysis, ideally with exposure to real estate or property. The role will involve producing high-quality research, building financial models, and preparing materials for senior decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Analyse market trends and transaction activity, then turn the findings into clear, senior-level insights.
- Write succinct Executive Committee papers covering investment markets and opportunities.
- Join meetings to support analysis and contribute to the presentation of investment proposals.
- Use modern AI tools to improve screening workflows and analytical output.
- Create cash flow, equity, and portfolio models to assess real estate investments.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an Investment Analyst role, preferably in real estate.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence when speaking with senior stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools to improve reporting and analytics.
- An additional European language is an advantage, though not mandatory.
