Job description

Role overview

Hassium Asset Management LLP is a long-standing investment management firm focused on actively managed discretionary portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth clients. The business is hiring a Financial Analyst to join its Investment Team, working closely with the CIO. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mayfair office in London.

What you will do

  • Help maintain client records and support onboarding, KYC refreshes, and scheduled client file checks.
  • Draft materials for Investment Team meetings and client presentations.
  • Build detailed portfolio review documents and presentation packs for clients.
  • Create financial models to assess investment ideas and measure portfolio results.
  • Carry out research and analysis across a wide range of asset classes.
  • Review macroeconomic indicators and market movements to support investment decisions.
  • Oversee daily cash levels through cash sweeps, track client transactions, and prepare market updates for senior management and/or clients.
  • Assist with trade preparation before execution and with post-trade follow-up, including calculating and executing trades where needed.
  • Track client portfolios from both asset allocation and position-level perspectives.
  • Share performance figures, portfolio commentary, and market intelligence with the wider team.

Skills and experience required

  • A graduate profile with a solid grasp of financial markets.
  • Practical understanding of financial analysis, accounting fundamentals, and valuation methods.
  • Strong numerical ability, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and people skills.
  • Advanced Excel capability; experience with Bloomberg or FactSet is useful, and Python or R would be an advantage.
  • A flexible, self-starting approach with strong communication skills.
  • High motivation, a results-driven attitude, teamwork, and enthusiasm to learn and grow in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency in English.
