Role Summary

The successful candidate will be a proactive and analytical professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in investment analysis, ideally with exposure to real estate or property. The role will involve producing high-quality research, building financial models, and preparing materials for senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Analyse market trends and transaction activity, then turn the findings into clear, senior-level insights.
• Write succinct Executive Committee papers covering investment markets and opportunities.
• Join meetings to support analysis and contribute to the presentation of investment proposals.
• Use modern AI tools to improve screening workflows and analytical output.
• Create cash flow, equity, and portfolio models to assess real estate investments.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in an Investment Analyst role, preferably in real estate.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence when speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to improve reporting and analytics.
• An additional European language is an advantage, though not mandatory.
