Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Junior Growth Marketing Manager passionate about experimenting, analyzing, and creatively expanding product reach. This role emphasizes building scalable user acquisition channels through SEO, AEO, community marketing, partnerships, and rapid testing rather than traditional content marketing. Strong writing skills complement core growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement organic growth experiments targeted at increasing Cosmos47's user base.
• Enhance website visibility on platforms such as Google, Bing, AI assistants, and various answer engines.
• Conduct deep research on keywords, search intent, competitor strategies, communities, and new opportunities.
• Identify and resolve technical, structural, and content-related SEO issues.
• Optimize content for both conventional search engines and AI-driven answer results.
• Pursue relevant mentions, backlinks, citations, and referral sources to boost traffic.
• Engage actively in discussions on Reddit, X, forums, and social media to expand presence.
• Transform Cosmos47 content into diverse formats including products, landing pages, social media posts, and campaigns.
• Analyze acquisition funnels using analytics and search data to interpret activation and conversion metrics.
• Design, execute, and iterate small-scale growth experiments based on their effectiveness.
• Automate repetitive marketing and research tasks to improve efficiency.
• Continuously monitor Cosmos47 and competitor positioning in search and AI answer results.
• Advise on product modifications that could enhance discoverability, sharing, and user registration.

Candidate Profile

• Solid basics of SEO such as keyword analysis, understanding search intent, internal linking, on-page adjustments, backlink strategies, indexing, and technical SEO concepts.
• Knowledge of AEO and generative engine optimization, understanding how content can become sources for AI-generated answers.
• Analytical thinker who values data-driven experimentation over assumptions.
• Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents.
• Ability to write clear, natural English without resorting to overt marketing jargon.
• Familiarity with online communities including Reddit, X, and other community-driven growth methods.
• Resourcefulness in researching new topics and converting insights into actionable experiments.
• Comfortable leveraging AI and automation technologies judiciously.
• Self-driven, well organized, able to independently manage projects from inception through to evaluation.
