About Knit
Knit is a cutting-edge AI-native consumer research platform designed to help brands streamline and accelerate primary research. Utilizing our Researcher-Driven AI, we compress the traditional quantitative and qualitative research timeline from weeks to mere days or even hours, serving over 50 enterprise clients such as Amazon, T-Mobile, Mars, and NASCAR. Our mission is to make world-class research accessible and scalable by revolutionizing the entire process—from survey creation to producing stakeholder-ready reports.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to collaborate closely with our Director of Product Marketing. Amid a rapid growth phase featuring evolving products, expanding sales teams, and an increasingly sophisticated go-to-market (GTM) strategy, this role carries significant influence over the company’s growth and GTM foundation. It's a hands-on position that involves ownership over product positioning, messaging strategies, and building scalable infrastructure and programs that enable sales success, covering both product launches and ongoing sales enablement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product launch execution, managing timelines, messaging development, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop scalable launch templates, processes, and systems to streamline release management.
- Create clear internal communications translating product updates into sales-ready information delivered promptly.
- Maintain launch materials such as FAQs, one-pagers, product narratives, and positioning guides, regularly updated using AI tools.
- Collaborate with the Product team for compelling messaging and coordinate with the content marketer on campaign content.
- Design, implement, and facilitate evergreen sales enablement programs including onboarding and ongoing development for sales teams.
- Maintain competitive intelligence resources, including positioning guides, objection handling aids, and battlecards that reflect winning strategies.
- Own the onboarding curriculum for new sales hires to ensure fast and confident ramp-up.
- Manage the internal communication cadence on the Aligned platform, keeping GTM teams updated on product and sales developments.
- Create AI-driven workflows and automations that optimize content delivery and keep information current without manual updates.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology-enabled services, with a bonus for market research background.
- Proven track record managing product launch coordination across multiple teams, ensuring timely messaging and execution.
- Experience building and leading sales enablement initiatives, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in using AI tools to boost work quality and efficiency, coupled with the ability to design lightweight AI-powered workflows and automations.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling talents to simplify complex product details for sales audiences.
- Systemic thinker who values scalable solutions over static documents, creating assets that stay relevant with low maintenance.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to identify and fill process gaps independently.
- Comfortable working autonomously under strategic direction and effectively influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Additional Preferred Attributes
- Experience or familiarity with market research, data analytics, or insight-driven industries.
- Knowledge of AI-powered products and platforms.
- Background in high-growth startup environments, especially where GTM functions were being developed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range between $110,000 and $135,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
- Potential commission plan, equity options, and comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision.
- Additional coverage benefits, company laptop, one-time technology stipend for onboarding.
- 401(k) plan with company match, flexible time off, and hybrid working arrangements.
Company Values
- Continuous improvement focused on incremental daily growth and business impact.
- Driven and action-oriented towards ambitious goals with accountability.
- Prioritization that keeps the highest-impact objectives foremost in effort and focus.
