Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of client-facing experience, exhibiting professionalism, strong communication, and a client-centric approach.
• At least 1 year of initial exposure to digital marketing or related fields.
• A positive outlook combined with effective problem-solving abilities.
• High precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with responsibility for assigned duties.
• Proficient with Excel at an intermediate level.
• Confidence and assertiveness in presenting ideas.
• Strong interest and motivation to grow within the eCommerce sector.
• English language proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
• German language proficiency at C1+ level.

Additional Skills Desired

• Familiarity with project management applications such as Asana, Jira, or Trello.
• Experience handling Content Management Systems (CMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Managing collection and uploading of digital content.
• Distributing content packages to online retailers.
• Conducting live content verifications and closing content gaps on eRetailer websites.
• Participating in weekly update meetings with clients regarding task progress.
• Maintaining and updating task statuses within trackers and presentation decks.
• Identifying and reporting inconsistencies in content to clients and resolving issues promptly.
• Offering proactive solutions and recommendations to clients.
• Providing cross-team assistance based on resource availability across diverse projects.
• Assisting with coordination of asset production when needed.
