Job Overview
Access Healthcare is seeking ambitious individuals interested in starting a career as a Recruitment Consultant. This position offers comprehensive training with no prior recruitment experience necessary, a clear and defined progression path from Associate to Director, along with mentorship from seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare clients, including posting job roles, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
- Guide candidates through onboarding steps, ensuring certification and compliance for their readiness to work.
- Schedule candidates for shifts with clients, earning commission for every shift placed.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years of professional experience after completing education in any field.
- Legal eligibility to work in the EU, holding either an EU passport or a Stamp 4 visa; currently based in or willing to relocate to Dublin.
- Strong motivation, ability to learn from coaching, and a results-driven mindset.

Additional Information
Typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM at the office located in Greater Dublin. Average total earnings are projected at €45,000+ in the first year and €75,000+ in the second year, combining base salary and commission.
