Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, or BPO environments; prior recruitment experience is not necessary.
• Have a results-driven mindset with ambition to be financially rewarded based on performance.

• Strong desire to establish a lucrative career path based on personal achievements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected on-target earnings of €64,000 or more within the first two years.
