Compensation Overview

Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in retail leadership roles such as Retail Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager.
- Proven experience in meeting sales objectives, driving team KPIs, and excelling in fast-paced, challenging conditions.
- Demonstrated commercial insight, resilience, and a strong desire for continuous personal and professional development.
- Exceptional abilities in communication and building effective interpersonal relationships.
