Role overview
Exyte is seeking a Junior Architect (m/f/d) to support tendering activities for construction projects. In this role, you will contribute to keeping projects organized and moving efficiently by preparing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping manage cost and specification data. The position is especially suited to someone with a strong interest in high-tech facilities and digital construction workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare technical specifications for construction projects on your own.
- Assemble tender documentation in close coordination with the project team.
- Draft functional descriptions for all work packages.
- Coordinate and align services across all technical contributors.
- Calculate specification prices and compare budgets using internal and external databases.
- Keep the internal database up to date.
Requirements
- You bring several years of hands-on experience in tendering and awarding construction services, with VOB knowledge considered an advantage.
- You are comfortable working with modern AVA software for tendering, awarding, and billing; experience with iTWO is preferred.
- You have an interest in digital tools and in linking AVA with BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- You communicate confidently in both German and English.
- You work in a structured, dependable manner, show strong commitment, and communicate effectively.
