About the opportunity
Exyte is looking for ambitious graduates to join its team in a project delivery or construction management capacity. In this role, you will help drive projects forward by supporting planning, coordination, and execution activities throughout the project lifecycle.
This 2026 Graduate Programme includes opportunities in the following areas:

What you will do
- Contribute to the management of project timelines, milestones, and key deliverables
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep work aligned
- Help maintain compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Share updates on site progress and any issues with the project manager
- Keep project records current, including drawings, specifications, and variation/change documentation
- Assist in preparing progress updates and collecting information for project reviews
- Take part in safety audits and toolbox talks
- Support the monitoring of project spending, budgets, and costs
- Assist with procurement activities and invoice handling
- Help apply quality assurance and control processes
- Work with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed
- Join meetings and contribute to project status discussions
- Keep up to date with current industry practices, tools, and technologies
About you
To be considered, you should be a final-year student or a recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field such as construction management, quantity surveying, business, environmental studies, or a related discipline. You should also bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a practical approach to solving problems.
Good written and spoken communication skills are important, along with the ability to work well with others in a team setting. You should be comfortable organising tasks, working independently when required, and meeting deadlines. A proactive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving and innovative environment are also important.
