Job Overview

The Junior Account Executive is a passionate and motivated member of GameU's Educational Partnerships team, focused on engaging K-12 school districts to expand the Hybrid+ division. This full-time remote role adheres to East Coast business hours and involves about 10% travel, including occasional weekends and evenings related to job duties and events. The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $70,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business leads within K-12 districts.
Arrange 3 to 5 qualified product demonstrations weekly per 100 outreach contacts.
Contribute to sales enablement, marketing campaigns, research, and generating qualified leads.
Design engaging sales presentations and manage region-specific marketing efforts.
Support customer renewal processes and foster account expansion.
Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Attend conferences and events to network, promote GameU’s brand, and generate leads.
Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

At least two years of experience in EdTech sales, business development, or marketing.
Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Strong written communication and visual design capabilities.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and task orientation.
Mission-driven team player with adaptable nature.

Educational Background

Preferred: College degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.

Physical Demands

Extended periods of desk work and computer use.
Ability to carry and transport materials weighing up to 25 pounds for conference setups.
