About the Role

Cleantec Commercial Cleaning is inviting motivated individuals to join their team as Janitorial Workers, Commercial Cleaners, or Custodians. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidates are committed to maintaining cleanliness with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweeping floors to maintain a clean appearance.
• Mopping to ensure floors are spotless and shining.
• Dusting surfaces to keep environments neat and tidy.
• Vacuuming carpets thoroughly.
• Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens to uphold hygiene standards.
• Managing trash and recycling efficiently.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Flexible shift options are available, including mornings and evenings, catering to various availability needs. Part-time and full-time positions can be accommodated. Hourly pay ranges from $16 to $17 depending on experience and location.

• A proven history of dependability and conscientious work.

• Access to reliable transportation for commuting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of job duties.
