What you will do

  • Build, maintain, and validate automated logical rules used for client financial instruments.
  • Keep rule sets aligned with each Client Investment Agreement and update them when regulations change.
  • Act as a catalyst for change by bringing technical depth to compliance reporting initiatives and spotting potential breaches.
  • Create practical solutions for client needs, including configuration and coding in the Compliance Reporting application, while improving the existing rule library.
  • Interpret client-specific nuances and convert them into solutions that fit business goals.
  • Update current fund rules in the system and adjust them promptly as client requirements evolve.
  • Match client expectations with system functionality and complete required maintenance on client accounts.
  • Work with investment managers to examine guideline breaches and support clients in resolving them.
  • Keep up to date with market practices, product changes, and regulatory developments.
  • Handle complex technical requests from global clients, interpret investment mandates, and translate them into coded rules.
  • Build or strengthen working knowledge of financial instruments, including derivatives.

What we are looking for

  • A degree in a relevant technical or analytical field such as Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Business.
  • Practical experience with financial instruments.
  • Experience in coding or report writing, especially in logic-based database environments.

  • Knowledge of compliance reporting products.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
