About the Role

This position is based outside of Ireland and involves relocation. deVere Group operates globally across more than 100 countries, and this opportunity forms part of their international trainee program starting in August/September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and conduct follow-up activities to expand client base.
• Build and maintain networks and relationships with clients and partners.
• Support seasoned international advisors within a results-driven setting.

Training & Progression

• Start with a 3 to 6 week structured introductory program at the Malta Academy.
• Upon successful completion, placement in an international office is provided.
• Relocation assistance, including flights and accommodation, is offered to support the move.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a competitive and resilient mindset.
• Comfortable engaging in a client-facing and performance-oriented environment.
• Interest or background in sales, business development, retail, hospitality, sport, or other people-centric roles.
• Motivation to pursue a long-term international career.
