The role is fully remote and offers compensation ranging from $150 to $220 per hour. Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, task-specific evaluation criteria for authentic banking deliverables, including financial modeling and valuation assessments.
• Assess both AI-generated and human-produced work samples using the established criteria and provide comprehensive written explanations for each score.
• Ensure that scoring is consistent, based on evidence, and reproducible under peer review.
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior team members swiftly to refine evaluation outcomes.
• Work autonomously and asynchronously while adhering to deadlines and contributing to AI model enhancement.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years professional experience in investment banking at the associate level or higher.
• Employment history at top-tier global investment banks or prestigious advisory boutiques.
• Advanced knowledge in three-statement and transaction modeling, valuation expertise, and preparing deal-related documentation.
• Exceptional written communication skills combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable with rigorous peer-reviewed evaluation systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous involvement in artificial intelligence training, evaluation projects, or human-data initiatives.
