Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. This leadership role is responsible for spearheading strategic growth initiatives including the identification, execution, and integration of mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investments that align with ZeroBeta’s long-term objectives. Daily tasks include evaluating market opportunities, performing financial modeling and valuation analyses, overseeing due diligence processes across various departments, collaborating with senior leadership to refine corporate strategies, preparing board presentations, negotiating deal terms, and ensuring these transactions are congruent with our technological roadmap, compliance, and global growth ambitions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate development and acquisitions, with a proven history of sourcing and completing acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
• Strong financial expertise with advanced capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and scenario planning relevant to technology and financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated success managing all aspects of due diligence and guiding cross-functional teams through transaction closing and integration stages.
• In-depth knowledge of fintech, capital markets, and risk management solutions, coupled with the ability to convert market dynamics into strategic growth opportunities.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence senior executives and clearly communicate intricate financial and strategic concepts to boards and stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields is required; an advanced degree such as an MBA or comparable professional qualifications is highly preferred.
• Experience in senior corporate development or investment banking roles is strongly advantageous.
• Proven capacity to operate within global, remote-first work environments, along with strong negotiation aptitude.
• Familiarity with high-performance computing and large-scale data products is a significant plus.
