Inventory / Supply Chain Analyst

Role overview

ZwitterCo is hiring a practical, detail-focused Inventory / Supply Chain Analyst to support information tracking across both finance and supply chain functions. The position is suited to someone with a background in technical, analytical, or logistics work, along with ERP experience, ideally in NetSuite. A key part of the role is helping maintain accurate inventory records across work orders, inventory transfers, and purchase order receipts. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supply chain activity, from raw material intake through finished goods.
• Coordinate with teams across the business to gather and manage data flowing through purchasing, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Support accurate manufacturing execution, including inventory transfers, work order release, component issuance, completion, and closure.
• Review and validate BOM quantities, actual versus standard yields, work orders, and inventory movement records in the ERP system.
• Monitor raw materials and inventory balances to help maintain target stock levels and support timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to secure on-time and cost-efficient material delivery.
• Examine purchase orders, supplier quotes, and invoices for tracking and documentation purposes.
• Spot gaps or inconsistencies in inventory, production, and procurement data and share findings with internal stakeholders.
• Assess inventory levels against internal targets and help forecast future demand needs.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related area is required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, with NetSuite preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability, with a data-driven approach to decisions.
• Capability to interpret technical specifications, purchase orders, work orders, invoices, and terms and conditions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and NetSuite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional information

This role is based in Woburn, MA, and may be remote for the right candidate. It reports into the Finance organization. No significant travel is expected.

Compensation

The annual salary range is $70,000 to $90,000, with equity and benefits included. Pay may vary depending on location and experience.
