International Voice Process Executive

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join as Customer Service Associates in an International Voice Process for a multinational company. This is an excellent chance for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service to start their career with a global brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support by managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to products, services, or account updates from international clients.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns, analyze problems, and deliver accurate and efficient solutions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies, and performance indicators such as Turn Around Time (TAT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Average Handling Time (AHT).

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

• Graduates or undergraduates in any discipline from 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches are eligible.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Must possess impeccable verbal and written English communication skills.
• Should demonstrate good active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer familiarity and typing proficiency are required.
• Comfortable with working night shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.

Job Highlights

• Monthly compensation: Approximately INR 28,000 CTC for freshers.
• Work schedule consists of five working days per week with two rotational weekly offs.
• Shifts include US/Night timings on a rotational basis.
