About the Role
Excelohunt Infotech Pvt. Ltd is seeking an Administrative & CRM Coordinator to manage back-office operations for a client based in Canada. The position is based in Chandigarh, India, requiring full-time office attendance with a working schedule aligned to Canadian business hours (evening shift: 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST). Candidates must be residing in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh. Employment involves a 6-month minimum service commitment and aims to develop long-term professionals with opportunities to grow into broader administrative and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify employee timesheets by reconciling QuickBooks Online data with Service Titan entries to validate accurate work hours.
- Liaise directly with client personnel to clarify and resolve discrepancies in time logs.
- Compile precise payroll summaries for approval by the client manager.
- Examine digital vehicle inspection checklists and ensure maintenance repairs are properly tracked.
- Gradually advance into duties involving CRM management, job costing, and interdepartmental administrative assistance as expertise develops.
Candidate Requirements
- One to three years’ experience in administration, payroll processing, bookkeeping, or reconciliation tasks.
- Proficient spoken and written English for regular communication with Canadian teams.
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online required; Service Titan knowledge advantageous but trainable.
- Capable of working independently with strong attention to detail and following documented workflows.
- Motivated to expand role and responsibilities with a long-term growth mindset.
- Indian resident basis in Chandigarh, committed to full-time office work.
- Agreement to a minimum six-month employment term at joining.
