About the Role
Disney+ is looking for support for its CRM and marketing team in Munich starting in mid-July. This internship gives you a varied scope of work and the chance to help shape one of the world’s most popular streaming platforms. You’ll gain hands-on exposure while working with the worlds of Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, and more.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Disney team in planning and delivering marketing, performance, and CRM campaigns for Disney+ from both a strategic and creative angle.
- Support day-to-day operations, such as coordinating the production of promotional materials and independently reviewing marketing campaign results and overall Disney+ performance.
- Create and check polished, visually strong presentations in Keynote and PowerPoint.
- Take on administrative and organizational tasks for the CRM, marketing, and performance teams.
Profile Sought
- You are studying business administration, media studies, communication studies, or a comparable field relevant to the role.
- Early practical experience in project management and/or marketing/CRM is desirable.
- You should have a strong interest in streaming, advertising, and customer communication.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are required.
- You bring analytical thinking and a strategic way of working.
- You work with initiative, learn quickly, and show commitment.
- You are independent, dependable, and organized in your working style.
- You are confident using PowerPoint and Excel.
- You are enthusiastic about the entertainment and media industry.
