Senior Recruiter - Enterprise Talent Connection (Temporary/Recurring)

Role Overview

This position is part of a centralized Flex Recruiting Team at The Walt Disney Company, designed to provide adaptable, short-term professional recruiting assistance across varied business sectors. The temporary recruiter will be assigned dynamically to high-priority requisitions spanning multiple departments, offering support where urgent recruiting needs demand speed and quality. Success demands fast adaptation, establishing strong remote collaborations, and delivering effective recruiting results for diverse roles and clients.

This role is classified as Temporary Recurring and is neither strictly full-time nor part-time; scheduled hours fluctuate depending on business requirements, including potential periods without hours. The role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a flexible recruitment resource, taking on openings across various teams according to hiring volume and business priorities.
• Quickly adapt to new functional areas, role categories, and hiring managers, gaining sufficient context to effectively guide and progress searches.
• Manage full recruitment cycles for assigned positions, driving swift and productive searches in fast-paced or high-demand settings.
• Develop and maintain trustful remote partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, applying recruitment best practices such as leading kickoff sessions and conducting candidate video screenings to provide clarity and structured processes.
• Offer structured interview tools and standardize interview feedback collection to minimize bias and ensure equitable candidate experiences.
• Adjust recruitment approaches to meet varying business needs while ensuring consistent process quality and candidate experience.
• Utilize proactive sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and internal platforms to swiftly identify and engage potential talent.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment leaders and colleagues to exchange insights, communicate risks, and facilitate smooth transitions during changing capacity demands.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, managing multiple requisitions and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including designing and executing comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent consulting and influencing capabilities.
• Proven success in achieving hiring goals surrounding time-to-fill, hiring volume, quality, and internal benchmarks.
• Passion for fostering collaborative relationships across departments, levels, and geographic locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior or current experience working at The Walt Disney Company is highly preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this remote role is $65,880 to $92,580 based on a 24-hour work week, with weekly hours variable according to business needs. Compensation is influenced by factors such as internal equity, geographic region, and candidate experience. Additional benefits may include bonuses, long-term incentives, and medical and financial packages depending on the level and offered position.
