Position Overview
Step into a rewarding role as a Vacation Advisor for the Disney Vacation Club, assisting members with their vacation planning and resort reservations at Disney Vacation Club, Walt Disney World Resort, and Disneyland Resort. This role is designed for individuals who have a passion for customer support and want to work in a dynamic call center setting based in Celebration, FL, with a hybrid work model involving onsite and remote shifts.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive vacation planning assistance to Disney Vacation Club members and inbound exchanges utilizing various software tools.
- Engage with members to support their memberships, manage accounts, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Arrange resort bookings, exchange arrangements, and additional related services effectively.
- Maintain high service satisfaction levels while achieving departmental performance metrics.
- Quickly adapt to new products and service offerings as they become available.
- Successfully complete all mandatory training and compliance programs provided by the company.
- Occasionally handle cleaning chemicals and supplies as part of work duties.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel, travel, or national exchange reservation services is essential.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Strong desire to deliver excellent guest services to Disney Vacation Club Members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite at the Celebration, FL location and remotely as per operational requirements.
- Bilingual skills and call center experience, especially in travel, are desirable but not mandatory.
Additional Details
The position includes paid required training with performance assessments. Working remotely requires a functional private workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
