Program Overview
This corporate internship is designed for students who want practical exposure in hospitality marketing. The role is based in Marriott’s Singapore office and offers a six-month learning experience with hands-on projects, coaching, and support. Interns will work in an environment focused on skill-building, real business contribution, and career development.
Role Summary
The intern will support Marriott’s Portfolio, Premium and Select Brand Marketing team. The assignment covers brand campaign strategy and execution, along with exposure to media planning, public relations, and brand activations.
What You Will Do
- Assist with research to identify market trends and customer preferences, especially for Japan and India.
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns for Marriott Bonvoy, Premium, and Select brands.
- Work with brand, PR, media, and other internal teams to keep campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Coordinate with the appointed creative agency on content development and marketing assets that fit the media plan.
- Help in-market teams roll out content across key source markets.
- Contribute to identifying and managing partnerships with brands and KOLs to improve campaign reach and business impact.
- Track campaign results and review metrics such as search volume, brand lift, and conversion performance.
- Support tactical brand activities such as new hotel openings and cultural activations including World Sleep Day, Yoga Day, Beer Day, and similar initiatives.

Requirements
The company is looking for a university student who is motivated to build a career in marketing and can work in a fast-moving environment. Candidates should be organized, detail-focused, and comfortable collaborating with different teams. Strong spoken and written English is essential, and good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is needed.
Eligibility
Applicants must be Singaporean, a Singapore Permanent Resident, or hold a valid student pass or work holiday pass. They should be studying in a Singapore-registered university program, or be an undergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or the United States. A six-month commitment is required.
