Role Overview
We are looking for Insurance Advisors fluent in English and either Tamil or Telugu to join our team. This position focuses on consultative sales, guiding customers through insurance decisions based on genuine need and product suitability rather than aggressive selling or cold calling.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations with customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Explain trade-offs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Close sales by guiding customers through selecting and purchasing appropriate policies.
- Engage customers through inbound communication channels, avoiding cold calling or spam.
Work Options
- Team Falcon: Call-first approach emphasizing in-depth conversations; working hours 10am to 8pm with breaks.
- Team Bliss: Chat-first advisory via WhatsApp with gradually increasing calls; shifts from 10am-7pm or 12pm-9pm.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English and Tamil or Telugu.
- Clear and empathetic communication with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong customer intuition balanced with assertiveness.
- Detail oriented to avoid errors affecting claims.
- Comfortable in ambiguous or evolving customer situations.
- Basic proficiency in technology and CRM tools.
- No prior insurance experience needed; comprehensive training provided.
