About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create educational video content with confidence and expertise.
- Conduct live synchronous recordings with support from the educational team when possible.
- Redo recordings if required based on feedback from the support team.
- Review and occasionally create textual content with assistance from the support team.
- Ensure all produced materials meet high pedagogical and technical standards.
- Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies.
Focus of the Training
The course targets managers, senior coordinators, and area heads who want to structure how their teams adopt and evolve with AI. The curriculum spans AI literacy, adoption culture, initiative portfolios, build vs. buy decisions, and governance, treating AI as critical infrastructure.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of leadership experience (manager, coordinator, or head) in medium or large companies.
- Hands-on experience with AI adoption — including process redesign, approved business cases, and initiatives beyond pilot stage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with middle management focusing on results, risks, and opportunity costs.
Essential Technical Knowledge
- Minimum five years in middle management leadership roles.
- Practical understanding of generative, predictive, and agent-based AI as a strategic user.
- Competence in creating AI prompts and agents for executive tasks.
- Expertise in business cases, ROI, and prioritizing AI initiatives.
- Decision-making experience regarding build vs. buy and vendor evaluation.
- Knowledge of data protection laws (LGPD) and AI governance applicable to management.
- Change management skills in AI adoption environments.
- Experience in workflow redesign and assessing team maturity.
Teaching and Content Production Skills
- Ability to convert real projects and professional experience into accessible, practical lessons.
- Basic familiarity with recording equipment (microphones, cameras, lighting) or willingness to learn with technical guidance.
- Strong verbal and written communication to clearly and effectively explain technical concepts with a community-friendly tone.
