Video and Photo Content Producer

Overview

Applied Concepts, Inc., based in Richardson, Texas, is recruiting a skilled and imaginative Video and Photo Content Producer to join its internal Marketing team. This role involves the full spectrum of video and photography production: from ideation, scripting, capturing, editing, to delivering polished professional visual materials. The content will aid sales, marketing, customer training, product education, and corporate communications across several brands.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video and photo projects, overseeing all stages from initial concept through final output.
• Work collaboratively with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to pinpoint areas where visual content enhances communication and customer involvement.
• Create diverse content types, including product launches, testimonials, tutorials, trade show features, social media pieces, and extensive training material.
• Convert technical subject matter into engaging and comprehensible visual narratives tailored for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage several production projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Organize and maintain all video/photo assets, production gear, and digital libraries within the company's asset management system.
• Keep updated on new video production methods, software, and trending digital media to continually refine visual communication efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines, or corresponding professional experience.
• Minimum of three years' experience in video and photo production, supported by a portfolio showcasing compelling storytelling, filming, editing, and post-production expertise.
• Competence with tabletop lighting and lifestyle photography techniques.
• Skilled with professional video editing tools, Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop), and current production equipment.
• Experience crafting marketing, promotional, educational, or technical content aimed at corporate audiences.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication abilities with the capacity to balance multiple priorities.
• Self-sufficient while collaborating effectively across departments.

Desired Additional Skills

• Experience in drone operation or live event production is advantageous.
• Knowledge of YouTube strategies and AI optimization techniques is a plus.

• Annual salary range from $68,000 to $82,000, depending on skill level and experience.
